Training and Support

Initial training is provided at the Carbon Recall headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia or at other locations as designated by Carbon Recall, including by webinar or teleconference. The Initial Training Program comprises of approximately 40 hours of self‐directed training, followed by 12 hours of in person training over two days, followed by an additional 12 hours of self‐directed post in person training. The training will use the Confidential Operations Manual and powerpoint presentations as the primary instruction materials, as specified in the Franchise Disclosure Document.

The franchisee is required to fund the airfare, transportation costs, lodging, meals, wages, and incidental expenses for all Initial Training Program attendees. Initial training is provided at no charge for up to three people (the franchisee, the managing owner, and if applicable, the designated manager). Attendance by any additional individuals requires prior approval of each additional attendee. All persons who attend Carbon Recall’s Initial Training Program must complete it to the satisfaction of Carbon Recall. No franchisee may employ an individual to manage their franchise who does not complete the Initial Training Program to the satisfaction of Carbon Recall. Request Information
