Daly and his 12 regional teams are working to execute a 20% reduction in energy consumption using rooftop solar and integrating next generation controls and monitoring infrastructure. Whole Foods is also currently working on a near zero grocery store pilot. Daly and staff have been actively reviewing a wide array of cutting edge technologies such as DC microgrid controls and phase change materials to optimize store performance.
